Instrument Condition Scale
Our condition scale is for describing the cosmetic condition of the instrument/item only. Our offers assume the item is in original condition, good working order, and has all original factory included accessories such as cases, power supplies, foot switches, etc., unless otherwise specified by our condition scale.
Our price list includes some of the factory upgrades available for your product. They may be listed as an option with the item or as a separate entry when multiple factory upgrades are available.
Please provide a detailed description of any modifications, noticeable repairs or defects. Routine maintenance, such as cleaning, restringing, adjustment of necks, or the replacement of pads, corks, and springs, does not affect the originality of your instrument/item.
Unspecified Price / No Quote Offer
Some items are very difficult to price and must be analyzed individually. Generally, vintage instruments, or items that are very hard to find will not be priced by the automated system. If you receive an "Unspecified Price" response, a buyer will contact you directly for more information or pictures before making an offer.
Unfortunately, there are some items that we are not able to purchase due to condition, used market value, shipping difficulties caused by size and weight, or market demand. If you receive a "No Quote" response, your item falls into one or more of the above categories. If you feel this response was in error or you have any questions regarding a "No Quote", please respond to the email so we may further explain why we declined to make an offer.
